【KingSung Academy】The first phase of the talent team training program in 2019 has come to a successful conclusion

In order to build the strategy-oriented talent team for KingSung Medical Group, it held  “The first phase of the talent team training program” on Sep.8 and Sep.9. 15 successfully.  Talents from different depts., headmaster of KingSung academy, Jiang Lin, HR director, Wu Tong and operation vice president, Xue Ligang attended this training.



On Sep.8, the training session started with a lecture on "time management" by headmaster Jiang Lin of KingSung Academy. The course analyzed the importance of "time" to enterprises from macro and micro perspectives, and shared the concept of "time cost" of individuals---get to know 80% of the work pressure sources. She recommended usable time management tools and practiced in class around the principle of "needs first, priorities first". Through practice, it guided students to attach great importance to the close connection between the management of time and purpose.


Then we entered the next part of the training meeting -- offline learning and sharing. Starting from May 2019, the e-learning online platform was launched for the training plan of KingSung Medical talent team. Relevant learning courses was pushed monthly for the reserved talents of the company, and the learning progress was monitored by the designated department in real time, and the learning report of this course would be completed at the end of each month. Learning sharing was an offline link of online learning courses.15 reserve talents shared their insights and effects on work in 4 courses including role recognition, management by objectives, coaching techniques and cross-departmental communication. Everyone together did post positioning for their own roles, so that they can better understand themselves, so as to change themselves.




Then Yu Qingtian, senior manager of surgery direct sales (Shandong region), made an in-depth analysis of "coaching technology", how to teach new staff to give methods, and analyzed the changes of three kinds of relationships.

In the first relationship, the master was willing to teach and the apprentice was willing to learn. This was a perfect relationship.
The second kind of relationship, the master was willing to teach, the apprentice was not willing to learn, who can be “ beaten timely” through the work;
The third kind of relationship, the master did not have a liking for apprentices, apprentices wanted to try to learn, apprentices would use "bothering, entangling" way to make the master change;

Regarding the “coaching technology" sharing, students were all very interested and wanted to learn more after the class was finished.




On the morning of September 9, Xue Ligang, operations vice President of KingSung Medical group, was invited to bring "project management" training to the students. In the class, systematic training was carried out on the concept, overall planning, process and method of project management, so that everyone could have the initiative consciousness of systematic thinking, changing management habits and greatly improved work efficiency.





Later, Liu Wenbin, manager of the surgical research and development department, as an excellent representative of the leadership team, made a study report to the reserve talents to share, and expressed to the students the feeling and effect of work and life, and used the mathematics "0.01" to the 365th power, to tell everyone that as long as you insisted a little more every day than others, then life would be very different.





In the afternoon, Wu Tong, HR director, made the training of “Objectives management” and "education and retention" of non-human resource management personnel. Through discussion and sharing among students, it helped everyone learn self-management and let employees take on important responsibilities, so as to improve the professional image and organizational performance of the whole team and form a good driving force for the development of the enterprise.
There were also many practical skills and tools sharing.









Through two days of different forms of training, reserve talents team successfully completed the first phase of talents learning and sharing. The idea of "done well" rather than "done" was put into the whole training session.
