The "annual meeting of 2018 and strategy conference of 2019 " of KingSung Medical was held in Pan Pacific hotel in Tianjin and Arcadia hotel in Qin Huang Dao respectively from January 16 to January 20. In the "strengthening management communication and learning -- and management forum in 2019" held on January 16th, members of the management team expressed their opinions and offered suggestions for the sustainable development of the company.
On January 17th, all the sales staff gathered together to attend the sales summary meeting.The rapid development of the company is inseparable from the efforts of frontline sales staff.In the past year, colleagues in the five major sales centers struggled in the road with sweat and passion. After the meeting, KingSung sales have rushed to the gold coast of Qin Huang Dao, starting the trip of annual meeting officially.
On January 18th, KingSung Medical strategy conference was officially opened. Everyone dressed up to the nines. The high-spirited management team summarized the work in 2018 and looked into 2019. They issued the exciting bonus pool and signed the assignment letter, igniting the passion of all staff in the loud song and prepared to make vigorous efforts for the following work!
In the afternoon of January 18th, the dinner party was officially opened. The awards were opened one by one in the impassioned music. Each award was a recognition and reward for KingSung personnel for their hard work and diligence and for accompanying KingSung to march forward bravely. After the awards ceremony, wonderful performances took turns to be staged. Full of food, wine, awards...this warm, peaceful, passionate and progressive annual meeting has left us with unforgettable memories.
On January 19th, procedure management match was kicked off in the morning. Procedure management is indispensable to every enterprise. It clearly states what to do and how to do work for each employee, not only to reduce the work burden from managers’ verbal instructions but also to let employees form work habits by following procedures. Therefore, it is of great significance for the development of enterprises to formulate scientific and reasonable procedure and use them to regulate the behaviors of employees. The representatives of each department explained the procedure according to the specific work items of each department, and the judges made comments according to the explanation. Finally, through the procedure contest, everyone reflected on the procedure loopholes. They improved and optimized their work, and made the work more standard and smooth.
In the afternoon of January 19th, the fourth session of KingSung Medical internal trainer competition arrived as scheduled. Internal training is one of the important means to promote the continuous development of enterprises, and also a training method to improve the quality of personnel. KingSung has been committed to the cultivation of internal trainers for a long time, and made talent replication plan. The internal trainer competition has become an important arrangement in KingSung annual meeting.
In the morning of January 20th, we also ushered the traditional team building project. The project name: inception. It tests communication, systemetical thinking, process management, information integration and so on. With the checking method to analyze the whole process, the secret of efficient collaboration was found in the collective wisdom collision. Everyone thinks positively, expresses with the language, listens and analyzes attentively, concludes and organizes to complete and merge the entire dream series in the end.
